Raspberry Clementini

and for dessert . . .

I saw this on a cooking show recently and quickly scrawled the recipe on a piece of paper.  I can remember the bartender who made it — but I can’t remember the name of the drink or the show it was on . . . so I renamed it.  It’s deeeee-lish- shus!!!


14 – 16 fresh raspberries
1-ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
3 ounces ice cold water
1/2-ounce simple syrup, or to taste
2 ounces clementine, mandarin or orange flavored vodka
1/2-ounce Triple Sec
Lime slice, for garnish

Chill a martini glass.

Place the raspberries, lime juice, water and simple syrup in a blender and pulse until smooth.

Place the vodka, raspberry puree and Triple Sec in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until cold. Stain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime slice.
