Strawberry Prosecco Lemonade

2 fresh, ripe strawberries
1 large spring fresh basil or mint
¾ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ oz. simple syrup
¾ oz. Bonny Doon Framboise
3 oz. Prosecco, chilled
Splash of sparkling water

In a 10 oz. highball glass, muddle the strawberries, basil, lemon juice and simple syrup. Fill the glass three-quarters full with ice. Add the framboise. Top slowly with the Prosecco and sparkling water, stirring gently.
