Mike’s Mudlogger Breakfast

serves 6)
6 large eggs
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or jack)
hash browns- 2 cups
margarine- 2 tbsp.
Milk, ¼ cup

1.  Beat the six eggs and milk in a bowl and set aside.
2.  Melt the margarine in a large skillet on medium heat and cook the hash browns until    browned.
3.  Add the beaten eggs to the hash browns and scramble together.
4.  When finished, sprinkle the cheese over everything  Serve it with lots of hot sauce (recommend Arizona Gunslinger).
