Kara’s Dutch Baby

1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour

Place butter in a 2-3 qt. pan and set in a 425° oven.

Mix batter quickly while butter melts.  Put eggs in a blender or food processor and whirl at high speed for 1 minute.  With motor running, pour in milk, then slowly add flour.  Then continue whirling for 30 seconds.

Remove pan from oven and pour in batter.  Return pan to oven and bake until pancake is brown and puffy and well browned (20-25 minutes).
